Iwasaki Tekko Co., Ltd. Was founded in 1950 by Mr. Jitsuo Iwasaki in Osaka, Japan.
Iwasaki opened its door to the rest of the world in 1983 under Iwasaki International Inc.
Throughout the years, Iwasaki has designed and manufactured label printing machine.
In 2020, Iwasaki embraced a new beginning with a new name, Iwasaki International Co.,Ltd. in Japan and Iwasaki Holdings Co., Ltd. for the rest of the world.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

In the label printing industry, it is important to have good quality print lowering cost.
Full Rotary Flexoprinting gives consistent print quality but often high volume jobs are needed to cover plate cost. In 2015, Iwasaki introduced the first Intermittent Flexo Label printing machine in the world to counter this issue using their know how from their intermittent letterpress machine.
This allow users to use smaller plates for printing. Now, small volume printing can be done and does not lose to rival such as digital printing machine.

Options


Cold Foil Unit Cold Foil Stamping allows printing on foil and creates beautiful effects that adds value to labels. This process uses plate and glue on Flexo Unit. Intermittent mode allows plate and foil saving by only using the needed size.	Adhesive Side Printing Material will be separated into face and liner by using the equipped Delam unit. After printing, material will be joined by the Relam unit. This is done while maintaining tension and joins perfectly.
